Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept insurance!

What are some common conditions you treat?

Some common conditions we treat are neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, sciatica and disc problems.

How do I book an appointment?

We’d love to hear from you! Please send us a message using our convenient website appointment request form OR call us today at (972) 480-6354 or text us at (816) 775-0368

What can I expect from my first visit?

Once you have an appointment booked, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist who will be awaiting your arrival. We want to ensure that we understand you, your pain, and your history completely so you will be expected to fill out paperwork when you arrive.

What does your paperwork entail?

Our paperwork will ask for your family history because some issues in your body can be hereditary (but that does not mean that we cannot fix them). It will also ask you questions about your health habits and your medical history.

What is your approach to patient care?

Our provider takes an integrated and multi-disciplinary team approach to your care that enables us to create thorough, personalized, and sensible treatment strategies that are patient-focused. We believe strongly in your body’s natural healing ability and offer innovative, regenerative, evidence-based therapy solutions that address pain at its source
